He Climbed So High

He climbed so high;
only to jump
and end it all.
As he fell
people gasped
and tried to get out of the way;
when he struck the ground,
a few people screamed.

A certain woman though,
had the impression
and grace,
to close the dead man's
now vacant eyes.
